Problem installing packages with S32DS v3.4

Hi,

I have installed S32DS v3.4 but have problems installing packages or unselecting of initially installable packages. Initially i tried to install the following packages:

However, after some progress S32DS shows the following:

After clicking OK and trying to uncheck the initially selected packages, independent of how many packages i unselect, S32DS shows me again and again the same initial list like this:

With the same error window in outcome.

The log files in folder "C:\NXP\S32DS.3.4\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4_installation\Logs\" dates to the day when i first installed the new S32DS v3.4 and does not seem to contain new data regarding the package installation part. The last change in log file dates to 23.02.2022 when S32DS v3.4 was first installed (attached).

Could someone suggest what can i do to resolve the package installation problem?

Hello Davit,

This looks to me to be some issue with access to the download site. You might try downloading the offline packages and then using the offline installation method to add them to S32 Design Studio.

For most of the packages you listed above, they can be installed from SW32K1_S32DS_3.4.1_D2106.zip, this can be found on the page: https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/download?agree=Accept&element=12367047. First login to your NXP account and proceed to the Product List page, then click this link.

The RTD package should be installed from S32K1XX_RTD_4_4_RTM_HotFix01_1_0_0_DS_updatesite_2109.zip, this can be found on the page: https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/download?agree=Accept&element=12892147.
