Preparation or Config: Library files made by the Wind River compiler diab to be used by GCC

I want to use the .a file generated by WindRiver complier dcc in the gcc environment，how to config the dcc？

if you like to use your library archive with gcc, you need to build the library with gcc,

my company don't have.is there a common protocol called EABI.And if both obey that .The problem will be solved? I don t know enough
