Power supply issue with FS32K142

Dear NXP experts

The MCU used in this design is FS32K142HFT0MLF.
My question is: can this device be powered with a 3.3 V supply, i.e., VDD = +3.3V ?

Yes. S32K1 can operate at 3.3V. It supports an operating supply voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. This means it can run on either 3.3 V or 5 V, depending on your design requirements.

You can refer to chapter 5.3 from S32K1xx Data Sheet for 5.3 DC electrical specifications at 3.3 V.
