S32DS for Power/Arm (both Windows/Linux) are free-of-charge tools.
All you need to do is activate the product. (* S32DS for Power v1.0 does not require activation code)
When you initiate the download the notification email containing the activation code/ID is sent to your registered email address e.g.:
Copy and paste your specific activation code into the appropriate dialog that appear during S32DS installation.
In case for some reason you don't receive any email you can find the activation code on your NXP.com account:
