License missing about S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform v3.5

My S32DS Design Studio for S32 Platform v3.5  is about Lisence missing appears in about 20 days , go online request, click Active to save, the error dialog box "Software Activation Code error" appears, the dialog box body information is as follows:

CLLReason [errorNo=16,errorString=Error creating activation handle.( FNP error 50003,71000,10104),flxActMajorErrorNo=50003,flxActMinorErrorNo=71000,flxActSysErrorNo=10104,flxCommErrorNo=0]

,but offline request works。What confuses me is that the Lisence missing issue arises from time to time。

what's your NXP account ID? Your email address is not valid account ID.
