Could you please provide more details? What is displayed when you select the 'Details >>>' button?
It would also help if you could enable the following and then provide the log:
In addition, check the document:
"C:\NXP\S32DS.3.3\S32DS\tools\S32Debugger\Debugger\scripts\s32g2xx\README.txt"
Ensure you are not exceeding the number specified for each type of breakpoint.
