As an NXP employee, please start 'Admin by Request' session AND use the 'Run as Administrator' option from the right-click menu on the installer. It seems sometimes the admin status is not functioning as expected and this procedure has worked for some NXP users.

We recently discussed the issue with NXP IT. They recommend using the option 'Windows 7 compatibility mode' when installing S32 Design Studio to avoid the admin rights issue. Please try this and let us know if it resolves your issue.

I think you need to contact IT, please submit a SNOW ticket to get this resolved. It could be the access setup for your account on your PC which are different in some way to cause you more difficulty than other NXP users.
