previously whe i debug BCC_s32k144_Monitoring_diagnostics projects. now when i reinstall s32DS this problem it is showing

and when i am building project it is showing following problems

I suspect you haven;t installed S32DS Update so SDK v3.0.0 is missing in S32DS layout.

I'd recommend you to install the latest update for version 2018.R1 (https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-344776 )
