Hi,
I've checked the license activation transactions and they all seems to be ok.
Have you installed S32DS on this particular machine?
It seems the machine is missing Trusted Repository service so the license activation layer cannot finish activation process.
I'd recommend you to install/re-install S32DS on this machine otherwise some License Activation services are missing.
If you get any errors during installation could you possibly post it here.
This will help us to find the root cause of this issue.
