trouble on MM9Z1_638D1

Hello.all

I am working with MM9Z1_638D1 .freshman. So far I was even unable to download the procedure.When i  downloaded the procedure with  CW10.6,meeted

Then i click “yes”，and meet

and then i follow the prompts,

but meet that"device is secure，erase to unsecure"again,i click yes again and meet

and i click retry ,but it dosent work
