s12zvml31 Motor driver transplant

I want to transplant the motor driver program based on s12zvml128 to s12zvml31. The modified program can be burned to the development board of s12zvml31, but the motor cannot run, and the program transplanted to s12zvml31 cannot enter the ADC interrupt, so the foc algorithm cannot be performed. Do the ADC, timer, and interrupt of s12zvml128 and s12zvml31 need to be configured accordingly?
