s12zvc core selft test package

We got a project using s12zvc with ASIL-B safety level requirement.
After some search, I found out I need a so-called 'core selft test' package to meet the safety requirement of s12z core.
Could someone kindly to send me such SCST package with respective  qualification data table files please?
Or show me a way to get that please.
