s12x can communication

chip's mode is s12xdp512，s12x can't communitcate by canbus after worked for several moths.I have checked hardware around the mcu,but found no problems. And i download the s19 file,found it can't work well.pls introduce some ideas to find the cause,thks.

Could you please share MCU environment schematic design with visible part numbers?

Moreover...share BUSCLK, PLLCLK, PLL setup constants, oscillator type if not visible at schematics.
