Well, first question would be do you want help with setting up the 12 to talk I2C to the clock chip? Or do you want help in how to talk to the RTC itself? I've interfaced it but I used the I2C pins as port pins and didn't use the I2C 'hardware'. I wrote my own routines since the part used for the project didn't have I2C support.
And I suppose it also matters if you are just looking for a template to paste in to your code?
