I have Windows 7 64 Bit OS.

The software that came with the board would not run.

The code warrior I downloaded from freescale will run the simulation but not the multilink board.

When I try to run the board I get several errors, and consequently, the board is unuseable.

In these situations, search (that box at the upper right of this web page) can be your friend. There are known issues with running CodeWarrior on Windows 7, 64-bit. Here are two forum threads that explain work-arounds:

The missing library name hints that you are either missing updated drivers from PE Microsystems or that you're using an OSDBM cable and you need the appropriate driver or firmware upgrade. Again, search can help track downinformation on these subjects in these forums.
