about the flash programming problem of MC9S12DJ128

Hi,Dear Guys,

Recently, I found some problems when programming the chip of MC9S12DJ128. And the BDM could not communicate with  the target board of MC9S12DJ128.But after the chip was unsecured( In my board, the chip is not secured), the target board could communicate with BDM and the program could be downloaded into the chip. There were about 30PCS not to program among 1000PCS.

Hi, Dears,

We have used the chip of MC9S12DJ128 for three year, before, there was no any problem when programming. I'm not sure that the chips are secured because the chips which can not be programmed can be programmed next day.Sometimes, the chips into which the program were dowloaded can not run normally, then I unsecure these chips, they can be programmed, otherwise they can not be programmed(these chips were not secured in our application).

I doubt that there are some quality problems in these chips( the datecode is 0835/0836/0839).

It's not clear what's your problem. Do you want to say that you received from distributor 30pcs (out of 1000) secured chips? Or you can't BDM communicate at all 30 out of 1000 assembled units?

If second then start checking voltages on VDD??/VSS?? pins, /XCLKS pin level, BKGD and /RESET circuits. Something should be wrong with them.
