1. I confused with the current test, I don't understand this picture as below, how to test battery output current
could I use below circuit to test curcuit to obtain the current?
2. how to caltulate the true current use Milliampere，because I don't understand the variable of cValues as follows picture

I just check past topics and discover your question as unanswered.
Is your question still active?
The KIT9Z1J638 board does not contain current shunt, this must be connected externally.
The shunt is a low ohmic resistor which generates voltage drop when current flow through it.
You can see it in the picture below - the metal part below assembled PCB.
