A few years ago, I purchased a permanent float license. Due to changing my debugging computer , I needed to return the previous license and rebind the new computer to register a new license. The system prompted :
“The maximum number of returns is reached, contact your product vendor if you need help”
What should I do? I need you help ,thank you .
