We are developing our embedded system based on E912XEQ512F1MAG microcontroller. I am bit confused how to design the circuit design for programming the micro-controller. Can somebody help me or give me hint?

We are using 12XEQ512 controller. 

I don't find any reference with explanation that how does the circuit look like in order to program the micro-controller flash. S12X‌ #S12XEP

You can look at the schematic for the DEVKIT-S12XE: https://www.nxp.com/downloads/en/schematics/DEVKIT-S12XE-SCH.pdf, there you can find BDM circuit.
