Updating a MC9S12DP256 design

Hi,
I'm currently updating a design and I can see that the processor used is gone obsolete. Which processor should I use instead? I'm using the external bus in my design.

What is the complete partnumber and maskset you are using? I don't see the DP256 going away anytime soon...I do know however that many parts are changing partnumbers to be RoHS compliant. Also, the DP256 went from a "DP256B" to a "DT256" and updated some flash reliability.
