The S12ZVL's IRC tolerance including aging

Hi :

I am using S12ZVL to design a LIN node without external OSC.

The datasheet showed the internal RC oscillator tolerance is +-1.3% , but there is no any information about IRC tolerance including aging.

Does anyone know the S12ZVL's IRC tolerance including aging ?

Hi,

This tolerance includes aging. We discussed this issue with designers in the past. The contribution of the aging to the tolerance should be a half of the value.
