Hello Currently I am testing S12ZVMC128 MCU Stop Mode. The amount of current consumed when operating the MCU in Stop mode is about 6mA. How can I reduce the MCU's current consumption further? Please help me
Have you set PSTP = 0 or OSCE = 0 to enter full stop mode? The typical current measured on VSUP is in Table A-19. But it doesn’t include external loads. Where do you measure the current, on an evaluation board?
