Seems my 9S12ZVL128 controller failed while doing some ADC voltage measurement ( Completely it's my mistake ) . Now i need to know any sort of warranty is applicable for this or can i reuse this board just by changing the actual controller ?

Hello Basil,
If you burnt the MCU, I'm afraid there is no warranty.
But you can order a few samples if you don't have them already and replace the MCU.
