I am using S12ZVMl128 evaluation board with angle sensor TLE5501.
I want to know is there any application SW available having position control and PID control implemented. Specially D control in PID.
Request you to share the SW code or any information regarding same.

there is no official NXP position control application example available for MagniV. However, I believe you can find necessary information in Automotive Math and Motor Control Library Set | NXP , where the PI or PID controllers are implemented (GFLIB_ControllerPIDpAW - PID controller in parallel form with Anti-Windup).
I believe you can implement it just by following the example in the documentation. Tuning of the PID controller is however heavily application-specific and I recommend to follow literature on that matter.
