I have a battery charger that uses a
MC9S12A256CPVE
microchip, and the firmware update failed. It's a firmware update (old) from the manufacturer. I asked them about reflashing the firmware, but they do not service this particular model at all. The service center they referred me to does not service these anymore either.
I have the firmware file, and I also have a good working model that is the same as the bricked one. Is there some way for me to "clone" the good one into the bad one? What would I need to do this?
I am new to this idea, so I may not even be asking the right questions. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
