Hello everyone,

 

I'm working on P9ZVLA12MLC0N37P chip, but I'm not able to fine the correct flash size.

If I follow the package information flash should be 12 kbyte but MC9S12ZVL Family Reference Manual

doesn't report that flash size.

 

Any suggestion?

Hi Riccardo,

According our numbering rules, the number of chars in part number is limited.

So, for some part numbers, we have to strip the last significant number from flash size to keep the maximum number characters in part number.

So, the 12 in your part number means 128kB of Flash size.

Similar typical case is S12XEP100 where 100 means 1000kB(1MB) of Flash.
