OSC does not work over 85 degree

To whom it may concern,

I am using S12XDP512F0MAL, but OSC doesn't work over 85 degree.

I checked "EXTAL" pin, but there is no pulse.

I am using "full swing pierce oscillator connection" mode.(PE7=0, 8MHz)

I checked osc spec, and it support automotive spec.

Do you have any similar case?

Would you provide solution for this?

The component values in crystal oscillator circuitry are specified by crystal manufacturers.
