Memory map of MC9S12XEP100

This is the first time I work with MC9S12XEP100 micro-controller so it is very difficult to approach. I have a question abou the memory map of this MCU, How is the size and address of P-Flash, D-FLash, RAM and EEPROM of MC9S12XEP100 ?
