Hi Yong,

According Google Translator:
What Will S12ZVL BCTL pin functions? If you do not you can float it?
Another S12ZVL bootloader code?
The voltage regulator controller pin BCTL should be left unconnected if not used, and the VDDX voltage regulator must be configured to operate with the internal power transistor by setting the appropriate register (CPMUVREGCTL register, bit EXTXON = 0, bit INTXON = 1). If the VDDC regulator is not used, the VDDC pin must be shorted with VDDX, and the BCTLC pin must be left unconnected.
I would like to recommend our application note AN5084 Hardware Design Guidelines for S12ZVL Microcontrollers

and AN4723 S12Z MagniV Bootloader

I hope it helps you.
Have a great day,
Radek

再请教个问题,S912ZVH128在写DFLASH的时候,电压不稳定导致写入失败DFDF、SFDIF都置为1;再次上电会进入系统中断,请问如何才能消除该错误?
According Google translator:
And then ask questions, S912ZVH128 write FLASH, the voltage instability that write failed DFDF, SFDIF are set to 1; again will enter the power system interruption, how to eliminate the error?
Hi Yong,
The single bit EEC error will be corrected automatically by ECC state machine. The double bit ECC error is uncorrectable error – the only way for fixing it is erase whole sector and reprogram again. The ECC error due to interrupted power supply is rather improbable result, but theoretically still possible in case of weekly programmed/erased cells.
The healthiness of flash cells may be tested by reading with User Margin Levels.
For question about How to handle Double bit ECC Error, please check my answer here:
