When I read the summary 5.6 of the System Calibration section of Chapter V of AN12301, I see IFR_COMP_VSG_VSENSE2:518 (206h) and IFR_COMP_VO_VSENSE2: −25 (E7h) Can you tell me how these two values were obtained so that I can refer to them in later calibration

Dear Yuhe,

the values are from the IFR content table. From the COMP_VSG_VSENSE2 and COMP_VO_VSENSE2 registers. Please refer to the section 6.3.3.5.1 in the MM9Z1_638D1 datasheet

[A] Yes, this is correct. Please refer to the section 3.1 in the AN12301 and to section 6.3.3.5.1 in the MM9Z1_638D1 datasheet
