MM9Z1_638 ISENSE max. voltage rating

Hi,

I´ve got a question regarding the absolute rating of the ISENSE - Pins. What is the maximum voltage at these pins?

I`ve got some issues with this pins. If I simulate a failure and apply 24V a this pin, I got a short circuit.

Does anybody know these problem? Or is there an additional config bit to prevent this short circuit?

Hi,

The maximum rating is specified in Table 4:

And these are the conditions required for the ISENSEH and ISENSEL terminals (= pins). Line 1-3 Vinc (V in common) are for the ISENSEH to GND voltage and the ISENSEL to GND voltage. Line 4 Vind (V in differential) are for ISENSEH to ISENSEL voltage.
