Hi, im using th MC9S12XD128 and have an issue downloading our s19 to the target via cyclone pro and prog12z programmer. I receive the error saying that the s rec addresses are not in range or module. i have used the log2phy tool already.

with prog12z you should use *.glo or *.phy file, whichever is available in /bin folder

Unfortunately my experiences with prog12z programmer are limited.

You definitely need to convert the CW s19 file for use with CyclonePro in standalone mode.

Could you please specify the source of your s19 file? It is the s19 file generated by CodeWarrior?

Are you sure that you selected the same derivative in CW project and log2phy tool?

You may try using SRecCvt tool instead log2phy tool for converting local (banked) to global (physical, linear) address format:
