Is there documentation available that describes the Mask sets versus errata?
The marking etched n the 5 micros I have read:
MC9S12XA256CAL
1M84E
QQCP0827
I have interpreted 1M84E as the Mask and that is made in the 27 week of 2008 (circa July 1st).
I am looking to see if there are any outstanding errata I need to be aware of.
