I would like to ask about bit rate for MC9S12C32MFUE25. What happen if I change bit rate more than 20 or less than 20? It become slower  or faster for communication? I attach some file below...

I don't understand what you are asking for. If you increase the kilobits per second, I would indeed assume that more kilobits per second will be sent...

Though of course things aren't just that simple, what bit rate you can use depends on your clock prescaler settings. I believe that the CAN standard specifies a clock accuracy of 0.5%.
