I'm trying to drive a 2X16 LCD from my MCU.  I'm using codewarrior 5.7  free version and processor expert.  I didn't see any beans for the LCD so I downloaded the ones on the PE site.  When I go to the processor expert bean description I could see the TLCD bean but when I go to   add the bean to my project it isn't visible. 

Is there a good example in C on how to drive the LCD if it isn't possible to use processor expert ?

I'm sorry, but to use the additional beans available at Processor Expert website (e.g. TLCD) it's necessary to own at least the standard edition of the CodeWarrior. These beans are not supported in the special (free) edition.
