1:I am going to design a semi-automatic parking board on nxp mcu,can you tell me what is the suitable mcu IC? Is there a OK semi-automatic parking demo?

2:Is there a newer IC to instead of MC9S12XEQ512CAL  MC9S12XDT256CAA?

Hi 翔李, 

We have a newer 16-bit MCUs. However, this is quite general question. Could you tell me your requirements for MCU and which peripherals are relevant for you?  

For example from 32-bit MCUs, you can look at S32R, S32V or S32A.

The semi-automatic parking board need 2 CANs interface,and as far as I know its function is a semi-automatic parking system.So,what is the IC of 16-bit MCU? Which MCU is used for semi-automatic parking board now in the market?

It is not need ADAS ,so the S32V/A/R is too high-cost.
