Hello,

I have several PCB Assemblies from work that contain a Freescale microcontroller with the PN S9G64CF0N75C printed in their body.

Is this the same PN as 9S12G64F0C? (I have been only able to find documentation on this MC9S12G Family of micros.

Thanks

Luis Mendez

Hi,

They are the same. There is only change in a numbering where the mask set is included into a part number as a code F0.

S9G64CF0N75C …. I suppose you have missed “L” and it should be S9G64CLF0N75C. (0N75C is a a mask set 75C of revision 0)

9S12G64F0C? ….. 9S12G64F0CLF, 9S12G64F0CLFR : F0 = Mask set 0N75C; R=Rape&Reel; LF=48 LQFP; C- -40~85deg.C.

There is confusing combination of letters F0.
In the first case it should be understood S9G64CLF 0N75C
In the first case it should be understood S9G64F0CLF

Best regards,

Ladislav
