I read wrong device identification from SPI register 0x2580 of my DEVKIT-S12XE SBC MCZ33903CD5EK

I read a 0xF4 code from SPI register 0x2580 => Vdd=5v, PN1/0=11=MC333905D, 10100=Rev C

I expect one PN1/0 value of 0b00 for my 33903 instead of the 0b11 for one 33905D.

Did I miss something ?
