I need freeware for the HCS12E256

Hi Guys,
I am currently using the Code Warrior special edition for the HCS12E256.
With this special edition you are limited to only 32k of code space.
Is there any other freeware that i can use that does not limit me.

However, you will have to pay for a debugger. NOICE will work with it and costs 99.00, one time charge.
Well worth the price.
