Free GNU tool Chain for S12X

Hallo,

         I am new to this community and I am eagerly looking forward for your assistance.

I am trying to use Eclipse C/C++ as an IDE for my S12X microcontroller.However I need some inputs for the following.

1. GNU tool chain for S12X microcontroller(compiler, linker & debugger)

2. BDM interface options with eclipse.

And also I have installed the following from the web,

 Cygwin

 Zylin

The gnu 68hc11 port generates code that works on the S12 and S12X. I've been working on extending binutils to allow S12X and XGATE assembly. It isn't ready for release yet.
