Hello.

We are using Stand-Alone Programmer such as Cyclone pro for flash programing in factory.
Is there another Stand-Alone Programmer besides Cyclone pro?
Or Do you know another way to flash programming for mass production?
Thank you.

Hi Hong,

Yes, sure. There are several other options.

The range of available solutions is wide and it depends what exactly you need (programming prior/after assembly, programming manual/semi-automatic/automatic, how many programming simultaneous, ..).

Like the CyclonePro may be for example LFBDMPGMR:

The fully automated productions may use professional tools like Lauterbach:

Several other links found by google search (without sorting):

https://www.eetools.com/index.cfm/product/791/In-system-Programmer

https://www.elnec.com/en/products/production-programmers/

I hope it helps you.

Have a great day,
Radek

Hi Radek,

Thank you for your reply

We are programming in the following way on our assembly line.

- Programming after assembly(SMT).

- Programming manual.

- Programming one by one

if you don't mind, I would like to know your opinion.

Have a good day.

Hi Hong,

from that point of view, the LFBDMPGMR should be enough for such task.
On other side, the CYCLONE_UNIVERSAL or above mentioned programmers will be probably more universal.

I hope it helps you.

Have a great day,
Radek
