Audio Reproduction: AN2250D related queries

Hello,
Refering to AN2250 document, I am trying to ecxecute the project using the provided software in "AN2250SW1.zip"
on MC9S12E128 device.

I tried using one of the output pins of the microcontroller connected to an 8 Ohms loudspeaker as shown in Figure. 5 But I am not getting any sound output from the speaker.

Could you please tell me why ??

1) Have you verified that the program is running?

2) If the program is running, have you tried a different speaker?

It might be smart to blink a Led ,just to see that the program is running.

By the way ; When I tried to load that program I got some messages that it was a wrong Codewarrier version .... I gave up trying to convert it so I could run it... I would very much like to make it work too .Its a grat application.

If you could help me getting it compiled ,linked etc on Codewarrior version 5.7.0 ,I'd be more than happy trying to make it work on my
MC9S12C128.

First I try to compile and link the array-creator .This is part 2 (sw2) of AN2250.

I have attached a jpg file showing the error messages when conversion to new Codewarrior version was done.

Okay next step I did was
-Deleting the directories it complained about in the "Access_Path" setup.
-Copying all the libs it complained about to the sources directory
(just for simplicity)
These were ; gdi32.lib , kernel32.lib and user32.lib

So now when I try to make ,it complains it cannot find
ansicx86d.lib and mwcrtld.lib

Thats how far I get for now.

I have succeded creating and running AN2250 SW2 in Microsoft Developer Studio 2003 instead ...so now I can press on for AN2250 SW3
