i want learn is it possible to load our codes to 56f8006 using only windows xp hyperterminal (as sending s-record file from pc to 56f8006) and simle rs232 tx, rx pins. idont want use jtag or other type of bootloading.

You need to put a serial bootloader in the 56F8006 first.
