Typically the minimum low time required for PowerPC interrupt to detect as a valid interrupt provided in the data sheet of particular PowerPC device as AC characteristic of its IRQ input. For example the P2020 data sheet (P2020EC) says “when an external interrupt signal is asserted it must remain the assertion for at least 3 system clocks (SYSCLK periods).”
