Windows 10 + Codewarrior ssh + LA1575?

Trying to run programs via codewarrior using ssh to LA1575.

I'm getting this error:

Any ideas what could be wrong? Seems to build fine, I can use CW tap and connect to the target and reflash, etc. Also - I can ssh from putty on the same PC to the target.

Are you debugging Linux application project?

If yes, please refer to the section "8.2.2.2 Updating remote connection" in C:\Freescale\CW4NET_v2018.01\CW_ARMv8\ARMv8\Help\PDF\ARMv8_Targeting_Manual.pdf to configure the debug connection property.
