In other words, the P5040 FCM controller supports 2048Bytes page, supports 4 bytes for page addresses and 8 chip-selects.

Have a great day,

The P5040 can use maximum 6 bytes as addresses (eLBC_FMR[AL]) and 8 chip-selects (LCS[n]_B) for NAND Flash. It is limit for NAND Flash size of the P5040.

The eLBC FCM block address is 3-byte long, so, for 128kB block, maximum supported NAND Flash size for one bank (chip-select) is: 16 M * 128 kB = 2048 GB
