Need help with package manager b4860

I eventually want to install GNU Radio on the PPC64 board (b4860).  I have tried adding meta-sdr to the yocto build.  The build fails.  Is there some support for:

1. How to include a package manager to the fsl-image-full build

2. How to add the gnu radio package to either the fsl-image-full build or install gnu radio packages from another source directly to the board?

3. HOw to flash a fsl-image-full build to the b4860?
