1 RTC 1588 Time Stamp 

Utilizing IEEE1588 for MAC frames time stamping ,

There is test code.... . ?   Need to write ioctl by yourself to call FM_MAC_Enable1588TimeStamp 

2 Utilizing IEEE1588 for PTP ,  PCD rules need to be applied on the PCD graph for this port
