LS1028a clock frequency is reduced when the temperature increases

I am using LS1028ardb, whenever the temperature is increasing and is between alert and critical temperature, the cpu clock frequency is reducing. I read 92deg max but the clock frequency was limited to 300MHz which makes my application unable to run. what can be the solution inorder to avoid clock frequency reduction. And I want to know wether thermal monitor unit reads temperature data from SA56004 or directly from the CPU core???
