Is QorIQ inside Power processor affected from "Spectre" security problem?

Now,  Intel CPU "Meltdown" and "Spectre" security problem becomes big news.
"Meltdown" is  Intel CPU only.
"Spectre" problem is occur in modern all processor. (announced x86,AMD,ARM)

I remember Power processor has "out-of-order execution" and "branch predeiction" function.

Is QorIQ inside Power processor affected from "Spectre" security problem?
